Due to my Type 2 Diabetes and having been diagnosed with Dry Eye Syndrome, I have been to many Eye Clinics and been treated by many eye doctors. I have to say that Dr S at EyeQVision is one of the best eye doctors I have had in recent years. She listens very well to issues and concerns about your eye health and provides the proper treatment and management of eye health. The staff is always friendly, warm, welcoming and very professional. The facility is top notch - spotless, nice atmosphere and ambiance and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The dry eye treatment regimen I am going through with Dr S has been a game changer for me. I immediately felt the improvement in my eye health and have been impressed with the positive impact of the treatments she has provided. I have been coming to Eye Q Vision since 2020 and have always had the most incredible experience — from the doctors all the way to the optometry staff. There’s always a warm welcome at the door when I arrive, and you are treated like a VIP until the moment you leave. I have a very complex prescription which often requires a bit of trial and error, and their patience and dedication are truly unprecedented. I also have a high sensitivity when the line of vision in my lenses is not cut with extreme precision, which causes migraines and blurred vision. Terrance is the associate I have worked with through the years, and he is the only optometry specialist who has consistently been able to get it exactly right. It has made such an impactful difference in my daily life. Because of past frustrations, I have often put off getting new prescriptions far longer than I should. This year, I made the mistake of trying a new office closer to my home, and it was an absolute nightmare. An entire month was wasted trying to get the prescription corrected, and the line of vision issue was never resolved. The frustration was massive. I came back to Terrence and the team at Eye Q Vision and was immediately put at ease. Within two weeks, I had the correct lenses, the correct prescription, and my vision back. I cannot express how grateful I am for their kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine care for their patients. I highly recommend Eye Q Vision and will never go anywhere else again.
